• Boating on Phewa Lake: Rent a boat and row to Barahi Temple, located on an island in the middle of the lake.

Afternoon:

• Davis Falls (Patale Chhango): Visit this unique waterfall, which flows into a deep and narrow canal.
• Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave: Located opposite Davis Falls, this cave houses a sacred shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva, offering an intriguing underground experience.

Day 2: Adventure and Sightseeing

Early Morning:

Morning:

• Peace Pagoda (Shanti Stupa): After descending from Sarangkot, visit the Peace Pagoda, which offers panoramic views of Pokhara, Phewa Lake, and the surrounding mountains.

Afternoon:

1.     Agreement to Terms
By booking a tour with Kattel Travel, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement applies to all participants in the tour.

2.     Booking Confirmation
• Reservation: A booking is confirmed when a deposit of 30% of the total tour cost has been received by Kattel Travel. The balance must be paid no later than 14 days prior to departure.
• Changes: Any changes to a confirmed booking must be requested in writing and may incur additional fees.

3.     Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation by the Client:
o Cancellations made more than 30 days before the departure date are eligible for a full refund, minus any transaction fees.
o Cancellations made between 15-29 days before departure are eligible for a 50% refund.
o Cancellations made within 14 days of departure are non-refundable.
• Cancellation by the Company: We reserve the right to cancel or modify the tour due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or insufficient group size. In such cases, a full refund or an alternative tour will be offered.

4.     Pricing
• Inclusions: Tour prices include accommodation, transportation, guided tours, and meals as specified in the itinerary. Any changes to the itinerary or additional services may incur extra costs.
• Exclusions: Prices do not include personal expenses, travel insurance, visa fees, or optional activities unless specified.

5.     Travel Insurance
• Requirement: All participants are required to have valid travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellations, and personal liability. Kattel Travel is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of insurance.

6.     Health and Fitness Requirements
• Fitness Level: Participants must ensure they are physically fit to participate in the activities listed in the itinerary. Any medical conditions should be disclosed to Kattel Travel at the time of booking.
• Vaccinations: It is the participant's responsibility to ensure they have the necessary vaccinations and travel documents.

7.     Passport, Visa, and Documentation
• Responsibility: Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport, visa, and other necessary travel documentation. Kattel Travel is not responsible for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation.

8.     Liability and Responsibility
• Responsibility: Kattel Travel acts as an agent for third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, transportation providers) and is not responsible for any acts or omissions by these parties. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage during the tour.
• Force Majeure: Kattel Travel is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, or government actions.

9.     Behavior and Conduct
• Conduct: Participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly throughout the tour. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.
• Compliance: Participants must comply with local laws, customs, and the instructions of the tour guide. Kattel Travel is not responsible for any legal issues arising from the conduct of participants.

10.  Changes to Itinerary
• Flexibility: The itinerary provided is subject to change due to weather conditions, transportation delays, or other factors beyond our control. Any changes will be communicated promptly.
• Substitutions: If an advertised service or activity is unavailable, Kattel Travel will provide a suitable alternative.

11.  Complaints and Dispute Resolution
• Complaints: If you have any concerns during the tour, please notify your tour guide or company representative immediately. We will work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
