confirmed with a 30% deposit of the total tour cost at the time of
reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days
before the tour departure date.

2. Cancellation and Refund
- Cancellation by the Client:
- Cancellations made more
than 30 days before the departure date will receive a full refund, minus

days before departure will be refunded 50% of the tour cost.

14 days of departure are non-refundable.

circumstances, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other

will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
